Want to save 3% or more on payment fees? At Rotabull, we want to give you options for how to accept payment. Credit cards can be great, but they are expensive (either your customer or you can end up paying 3-5%).
At Rotabull, we want to give you options for how to accept payment. Credit cards can be great, but they are expensive (either your customer or you can end up paying 3-5%).
This week, we’re rolling out ACH bank transfers as a more cost-effective way to get paid, for orders where you don’t need to use a credit card.
Using ACH transfers lets you keep taking advantage of all of Rotabull’s secure payment links, integrated deal flow, and ERP integration, while saving 3% or more in payment fees.
ACH transfers are a much less expensive way to transact, with a processing fee of just 0.5% + $1. For example, on a $3,000 invoice, paying with a credit card costs roughly $150 (4%), compared to just $16 for ACH. That’s 89% savings!
Starting this week, when you send an invoice in Rotabull, your customer can select to pay with an ACH bank transfer, instead of a credit card.
Then, Rotabull generates a unique account number for the customer to use when making the payment, and transfers it directly to your bank account.
Right now, ACH transfers within Rotabull are only available for US Dollar invoices, for sellers with US Dollar bank accounts. We are working to expand this over time.
Read here how you can activate payments.
For now, go out, get more RFQs, send out those invoices and get faster paid!
Go, go, go!
