Autoquote Updates

We’re rolling out two significant additions for Autoquote rules within Rotabull. First, Partial Autoquotes - if you receive an RFQ for multiple parts, some of which aren’t available, Autoquote now lets you choose settings accordingly:

Second, Condition Flexibility. If your requested condition isn’t available, you can choose to set up the system to quote other conditions, which are. Or, always quote all conditions that are available, regardless of the request

Default Quote Preferences

Are there certain changes or fields you fill out almost every time you respond to a quote? For example, if you quote exchanges in almost all cases, or there’s a certain Tag Type that all your quotes go out with. If so, get in touch with our team and we’d be happy to set up Default Quote Preferences.

Line Item Attachment Changes

As you’ve probably already noticed, our team has been making changes to how Line Item attachments work. There are a few more updates to come in this area, as our team focuses on making sure attachments flow the same way between the Web, Mobile, and Autoquote.
