Here’s what’s new in Rotabull as of July 2026

Smarter Autoquote: price breaks and partial RFQs

Autoquote now quotes the way your customers buy. When a part has multiple quantity price breaks, it returns a single quote line matched to the requested quantity instead of one line per tier. And when you don't have price lines for every part on an RFQ, Autoquote can split the request, quoting what it can rather than forcing an all-or-nothing No Quote.

Track why you win and lose deals

Rotabull can now help you track quote outcomes. When you archive a quoted deal, you'll be asked whether it was won or lost, with an optional reason: price, lead time, no response, or your own note. Outcomes show up in the method column of your archived inbox and on the deal timeline, so you can see if your pricing is off or you're responding too slowly.

Sales and Repair Orders

Rotabull now displays Sales and Repair Orders, pulled directly from supported ERP systems. Perform all the research a quote needs from the quoting screen itself: new Sales History and Repair Orders tabs show what a part last sold for and what has come through the shop, right beside the RFQ line. Available on Quantum and Avsight connections.

Sharper email detection, on both sides of the deal

Rotabull's inbox intelligence got more accurate in both directions. We tuned the RFQ scoring model on real-world feedback, so fewer legitimate emails get discarded and more genuine RFQs process straight through. We made a matching pass on incoming vendor quotes, so more of those process automatically instead of stalling on a missing vendor, condition, or price.
