You asked for it — we built it! Use the Manual List autoquote rule to add the parts you’d like to autoquote and price them as you wish! Join the sellers who already sent thousands of quotes today without touching a computer.

How does it work?

You know the drill. Processing RFQs is repetitive, and it's easy to find yourself in a constant state of answering requests for cheap parts instead of focusing on larger opportunities.

Stitching together a compelling quote (the right price, trace, and valid certificates) takes real-time. So, maybe you end up sending no response or a no-quote, and in the long run, you are losing sales opportunities.

To escape this tradeoff, we built a new way to handle the early stages of a sale with autoquoting!

Just add a rule letting Rotabull know which parts to autoquote, and let us do the work for you.

We added Manual List to Autoquote, and we now offer two ways to automate quoting:

1) Autoquote using manual list

2) Autoquote using in-stock ERP parts + historical price data

1. Autoquoting using Manual List

Use the Manual List autoquote rule to add the parts you'd like to autoquote and price them as you wish!

Manual List is in the Automation section of your settings.

Whenever you receive an RFQ, Rotabull looks at the part and condition code and uses those to prepare and send a quote to your customer.

2. Autoquote using in-stock ERP parts + historical price data

Autoquote, just like Smart Quote, uses your historical data (in both Rotabull and your ERP system) to save you time. Whenever you receive an RFQ, Rotabull looks at past pricing for the part and condition code and uses those to prepare a quote for your potential customer.

Rotabull also retrieves the documents you sent the last time and attaches them automatically to your new quote. These quotes appear in your sent inbox just like any others so that you can follow up on them the same way.

Rotabull frees up sales teams' time by eliminating the repetitive and time-consuming parts of their day-to-day work.

We think you won't want to go back once you see this.
