We have some exciting news for our ERP users.
That’s right - another feature to get you selling more and typing less. Rotabull has been automating tedious tasks and increasing your productivity for years, and last week we added some new automation rules!
If you’re categorizing and/or ranking your customers in your ERP we can now create some automation rules in Rotabull.
Here is how it works. If you have your airlines, brokers, VIPs in categories and you’d like your different teams or reps to handle those, just find the company category rule from our rules dropdown and set them up to be auto-assigned. Alternatively, if you have a priority score or rank associated with some customers such as “high, medium, low” or “A, B, C”, you can just choose the company rank rule and route RFQs accordingly.
